Women Cycling Coach -
 I am
In the line of things I am Number 4 in a family of 5 sisters. I am the proud mother of two beautiful, talented and intelligent daughters. I moved to Arizona in 1990, which became my new home and up until Feburary 2012, I had worked for the same company for the 13 years,
I decided to pursue my dream of helping new athletes achieve their goals through movement and Life style Change. I truly enjoy sharing my love of cycling, enthusiasm and skills with others. I have developed a awesome ladies only riding group,  I have been fortunate enough to encourage and support  many women to be successful in a variety of events such as: Ironman,  Century Bike Rides, Sprint Triathlons and many more.  I am excited about not only assisting those who are seeking to improve proficiency in their athleticism, but also those who want to gain a better and healthier life style through movement..
