Cycling  101**      $35* per session or  8 for $245*    Hours by: Appointment Only
Beginners athletes will learn the fundamentals of cycling, i.e., bike handling skills, 
road safety, building confidence
Cycling 102**       $30* per session  or 8 for $210*    Hours by: Appointment Only
Beginner athletes will begin to focus on the cycling techniques that will  build strength and endurance 
Novice  201**       $35* per session or  8 for $245*    Hours by: Appointment Only
  You will learn techniques that will help you ride faster and more efficient 
Just Move       $35.00* per meeting               Hours by: Appointment Only
  If you have a goal to run/walk a 5k,10k,half marathon or just around the block. A weight loss program that suggest that you do some form of cardio. Just move is the place to start. Just move is designed to motivate and support you right from the start, This way you will have that walking partner that will be there to keep you accountable and true to yourself. All Movement is At Your Own Pace.

Entry Level Triathletes   $100.00* a month
  This program will teach begginer athletes the fundamentals and skills to have a great Sprint and Olympic Tri experiance. It will also assist in developing confendance and a great base for future goals.   
Payment methods are: Check or Cash. Full payment is required  the day of your first session--no exception, please.
*Pre-paid and non-refundable. 
**Required equipment includes the following;-Functioning bicycle ( with  gears and hand brakes are highly recommended)-Bicycle helmet-Rear caution light-Bicycle light (just in case the ride doesn't end before dark)--Minimum of two plastic water bottles with holders on the bike or a camel pack.
